Terms of Service

WhatUGet helps organizers run Ryder Cup-style match-play golf tournaments: building teams and schedules, live hole-by-hole scoring, leaderboards, spectator links, PDF scorecards, and AI-generated match recaps and previews.

Players and spectators may use the Service free of charge. A paid subscription is only required for organizers who create or manage tournaments beyond the free trial.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account. Organizers are responsible for having permission to enter the names, emails, handicaps, and other information of players they add to a tournament.

• Price. The organizer plan costs $69 USD per year, plus any applicable taxes. Prices may change in the future; we will notify you before a change applies to your next renewal.
• Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card number. Your payment is also subject to Stripe's terms.
• Free trial. New organizers get a 24-hour free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial, and you will not be charged automatically when it ends. Some features (such as AI recaps and previews) may be limited to paid subscribers.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each year at the then-current price until cancelled.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. Fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
• After your subscription ends. If your trial or subscription lapses, your tournaments become read-only: you and your players and spectators can still view them, but creating or editing tournaments requires an active subscription. We keep your data so you can pick up where you left off if you resubscribe, unless you ask us to delete it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive;
• Upload content that is offensive, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share;
• Enter personal information about others without their permission;
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, probe or disrupt the Service, or bypass paywalls or security measures;
• Scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You keep ownership of the tournament data and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and share it as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing leaderboards to spectators with your share link, or generating AI recaps).

WhatUGet can generate match recaps, previews, and similar text using third-party artificial intelligence models. AI-generated content is provided for entertainment only, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintentionally offensive, and does not represent the views of Cudo Solutions. Please review AI content before sharing it. Official results are determined by the scores entered in the app, not by AI-generated text.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores, handicaps, or results calculations will be free of errors. WhatUGet is not affiliated with the Ryder Cup, the PGA of America, or the European Tour group.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cudo Solutions LLC and its members, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cudo Solutions LLC from claims arising out of your content or your violation of these Terms.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you (for example by email or in the app) before they take effect. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if required by law or for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
